Overview of the Function
The PMO team ensures managing the day-to-day activities, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.

Your Role at CredAble:
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Understanding the delivery methods at CredAble and assessing how to improve and standardize approaches, whilst maintaining the flexibility necessary.
- Ensure project governance, scope management and regular feedback / reviews to internal and external clients. Pro-actively identifying and highlighting risks and dependencies that can impact a project.
- Analyzing the software, we use (JIRA, Confluence etc) to understand how PMO data can be extracted, and what additional tools are required.
- Ensuring the data across tools is accurate and adheres to PMO policies.
- Producing reports for forums at all levels on project status.
- Analyzing financial data including project budgets and resource allocation (working with finance).
- Working with cross functional team leads to understand project demands, priorities and resourcing requirements.
- Monitoring project dependencies and risks to maintain a company wide view.
- Pulling out themes from project retrospectives.
- Working with the delivery team to ensure PMO policies are adhered to across all projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a PMO role, or project delivery in a fin-tech, tech company, bank, or consultancy (and can speak to tangible examples of complex delivery).
- Experience in implementing new PMO processes.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and able to maintain a high-level view of both technical and functional projects.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills - with the ability to quickly digest complex information.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent MS Excel and powerpoint skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a variety of audiences (developers, nontechnical, clients, senior stakeholders).
- Experience using JIRA (and the wider Atlassian suite), as well as other PMO tools.
